Born: March 9, 1910, in Budapest, Hungary; died April 14, 1972, in Brazil.
Translator and author, best known for his Latin translation of Winnie the Pooh, entitled Winnie Ille Pu.
Lenard also translated Francoise Sagan's Bonjour Tristesse into Latin and wrote several volumes of poetry in both German and Italian.
